Covington Special Counsel Pay
Hi all, I am an associate in a regulatory field and am looking around for potential options. Covington is one of the top firms in my field, but my understanding is that most associated advance to special counsel and a partner position may take more time (if it ever happens). Does anyone have any insight on special counsel pay? Trying to figure out if it makes sense sticking out to see what nonequity looks like at my firm or if special counsel would be an acceptable position to make a good amount of money but not be responsible for bringing in clients. Thank you!
