Parental Leave Prorating Bonus
I work for a V50 firm that prorates year end bonuses to the number of days worked. Are there firms out there that don’t prorate bonuses? I assume firms that have no billable hour requirement don’t prorate? What about a firm with a minimum billable requirement that doesn’t prorate?

Paul Hastings has a billable hour requirement and does not prorate bonuses for parental leave. I asked this question a few years ago because I was surprised my bonus was pro rated. It varies. Most of the really profitable firms don’t, however.
