In-house lawyers: are you back in the office?
Curious to hear what various in-house legal departments are doing. From personal experience and from speaking with in-house friends at different companies, it seems like folks are headed back to the office 2-3 days a week.

At a start-up - our WFH policy is company wide rather than department wide. We're still in the "stay home unless it's necessary for you to come in" phase. But omicron is waning to a low enough level that we are at the cusp of shifting to the "we encourage you to come in at least sometimes" phase. I've been completely remote since the omicron surge, and will probably shift to come in once a week (which I did before omicron).
