3L Law Clerk
I'm a current 2L, and have noticed several current 3Ls who summered at the firm I'm going to in the same practice group are now 3L Law Clerks. What is the deal with being a 3L Law Clerk? Do firms pay part time, but proportional to an actual first year salary?

Correct. Market rate is 100-110/hr now.
