currently 3rd year at v50 doing employment work. a decent chunk of my practice is employment related diligence for m&a deals. im sort of over the litigation part of my work and would be happy to learn more corporate work and to move away form litigation.
how transferrable is the diligence skillset? and think its possible to see if I could retool at another firm? willing to take whatever class haircut necessary.
