Do you have to wear masks at your firm?
I'll be a SA this summer and realized that I've only seen info about vaccine policy. Does your firm require masks?

Most mask rules are mainly driven by local/state government rules and guidance, which are regularly changed and almost certainly won't be the same now as they will this summer. My firm had eliminated mask requirements last fall but brought them back for common areas during the omicron surge. I imagine most other NYC firms did the same, since that just aligned with the NY guidance. I highly doubt masks will be required by the summer, unless there is some new variant or case spike, at which point we are probably back to WFH.

This. Not worth thinking too hard about at this (or any) juncture.Anonymous User wrote: ↑Mon Feb 07, 2022 11:18 pmMost mask rules are mainly driven by local/state government rules and guidance, which are regularly changed and almost certainly won't be the same now as they will this summer.

Agree with the above but I'll answer anyway. Policy is masks required in common areas unless all in the room are vaccinated and agree to remove. Practically this means you need to have a mask with you, but in your office or even in meetings no masks.
Also, political trends are currently towards removing mask mandates. Regardless of other policies or case count I expect masks to be gone by summer. (to whoever bumps this when I'm wrong, well played)
