Career in a litigation boutique starting as a SA
Don’t expect partner at a lit boutique… they expect you to do a few years then bounce to gov. Partners are imported and you’d be handicapped anyway without government work or a clerkship. True?

Not necessarily. The very best lit boutiques (Susman, Kellogg, Bartlit Beck) don't import partners and promote nearly every associate up for partnership.
