Tax question for Canadian lawyers working in the US

Post by Anonymous User » Thu Feb 03, 2022 12:39 pm

I am a 3L at a US law school set to work at a US firm later this year. Do you have to file tax returns in Canada if you don't have any income sourced in Canada? Does it make a difference if you are in school vs working full-time? What's the procedure if you don't file?
Thanks in advance
