Does anyone have intel into Holland & Knight offices in Florida, particularly in Miami, but also interested in Orlando and Tampa. I current am a fifth year M&A/PE associate at a V10 in NYC, but have very strong ties to Florida and am considering moving back. Primarily interested in the following info about H&K:
1. I know salaries are on DPW scale, but what about bonuses? Are those also NYC market?
2. What type of clients does their M&A group work with? Is the work primarily PE sponsor side or is it company side/public company M&A?
3. What are general hours like? I’ve gotten somewhat used to NYC hours, but would obviously love to bill a bit less and have some more free time.
4. What exit opportunities are available, especially in Florida?

Sorry to piggy back but interested here as well - I work in Finance Transactions more and curious if they do this in their Florida offices? More interested in Southern Florida- Miami, Ft Lauderdale, Boca areas okay (understanding this doesn't all fit HK).
