How do you get into hiring?

Post by Anonymous User » Wed Dec 29, 2021 9:11 pm

For example, becoming an associate interviewer for OCIs.

Is this something that people tend to want and work towards, or something that people avoid but are assigned?

Also, is participation as an interviewer during your associate years basically the minimum requirement for getting into the hiring committee in the future, or is it more helpful than just the minimum?
