Anyone have any feedback on what K&E's Boston office is like? I know the space is nice, but particularly interested in hearing feedback on the people (especially in the PE/M&A group, both partners and associates) and the office environment/culture.

Re: Kirkland Boston
It’s hard to define post-pandemic, but pre-pandemic it was a great place to be, a lot like being at a startup but with the resources of the largest law firm in the world. A lot of good people, I think the open assignment system really does work in the sense of it keeps people honest and, for the most part, if you’re a jerk no one wants to work with you, which occasionally happens but you’re more in control over saying no to them again. Pretty social group who in the current environment tends to like being in the office not for facetime purposes but more to have people to talk to, though even before the pandemic flexible work was never an issue and the office was a ghost town on Fridays. You will be busy, but most people understand that and it’s primarily a result of still being a startup-type environment where the opportunity still exceeds the number of people available to take advantage of the opportunity.Anonymous User wrote: ↑Tue Dec 21, 2021 11:28 amAnyone have any feedback on what K&E's Boston office is like?
