Negotiating Salary and Signing Bonus at L&E Shops?q
Has anyone heard of negotiating salary or signing bonus at L&E shops like Littler, Fisher, Ogletree, Jackson, etc? I always thought they just placed you based on skill level and class year, but never thought you could negotiate or get a signing bonus. Someone said you can. Anyone have any such experience?

I’m a junior at one of the named firms and there’s no negotiating here. They base your pay on graduation year even if you used a year or two on state clerkships though, which is nice.

Can't hurt to try. Best way to negotiate is by having multiple offers and making them compete against each other.Anonymous User wrote: ↑Tue Dec 14, 2021 1:02 amHas anyone heard of negotiating salary or signing bonus at L&E shops like Littler, Fisher, Ogletree, Jackson, etc?
