Freshfields is getting shredded for the cringy marketing fluff on its website, but I know I've seen worse out there. Let's get a hall of shame going in here. I'm too lazy to actually start though, so if everyone else could hop to it that would be great. Thx.

A firm my friend was in was really big on photos with, like, the phone to your ear, or vigorously scribbling something on a piece of paper ("lawyer action photos" just don't work).
