Weil (NY) vs. Debevoise (NY)
Going into corporate. Liked the people at both. Hard to grasp culture over zoom but didn't get any red flags at either. Not sure which corporate practice group I want to end up in so Deb's rotational system seems good (if a little too long). Much prefer Weil's location (right on central park vs. Hudson Yards). Both are pre-OCI offers that expire soon so any advice would be great

I'm a Weil associate and don't think you can go wrong here. If I didn't work at Weil, Debevoise would be one of my next top choices. Based on laterals that have come over to us, they seem to have similar culture and quality of work.Anonymous User wrote: ↑Mon Aug 23, 2021 10:29 pmGoing into corporate. Liked the people at both. Are there any particular corporate groups you want to join?? That would help narrow it down. I've always thought of Weil as the superior corporate firm and Deb as the superior lit firm.
