Should I confirm receipt of my signed SA offer letter?
I submitted my signed SA offer letter over the weekend and via email and haven’t heard anything in acknowledgment or response yet (Monday afternoon). Should I follow up with recruiting?

Not necessary. But, if it continues to bother you, then follow-up in order to be able to relax.
