PH (LA) vs GDC (LA) L&E?
Understand that the prestige factor obv. goes to GDC but seems that many of the in house counsels I’ve seen on LinkedIn have come from Paul Hastings.

The choice is Gibson. It is a superior firm overall and they have a strong L&E practice in California. More stable financially and you're less likely to screwed when it comes to compensation.

Gibson Dunn. You’ll be very well positioned there for a career in Southern California.
