How likely is it that firms that haven't increased their pay yet will do so before fall 2022?
Wondering if firms that haven't increased their pay by now, that means they've committed to that old pay for Fall 2022. Is there a usual time window when firms make their salary decisions, or is it just random and not unheard of for firms to increase their pay a month before their fall associates start?
