Weil vs. Willkie for Litigation
Lucky to have offers at both--which would you choose? I'm leaning towards Weil just because it's ranked higher on vault and chambers. Is this a bad reason? I like the culture at both. I don't love that Willkie separates summers into litigation and general.

I've heard some bad things about Weil's securities litigation practice, but have not had firsthand experience. Willkie's lit practice seems small but not as toxic. You'll be doing a lot of work for finance/PE clients at both. Probably some bankruptcy litigation at Weil as well. I believe Willkie also has an insurance practice?

Weil and it isn't close. I've also heard rumblings about their securities lit group, but I've interacted with many of them and they all seem pleasant. And you can just avoid securities lit there if you want. But there's no doubt that it's by far the stronger of the two lit groups. Just look at the chambers rankings.

Weil
I know a few people in their lit group and they have had great experiences. Opposite for Willkie, albeit that was corporate.
