Fried Frank Mega Backdoor Roth?
Hello! I have an outstanding offer from FF and one of my biggest considerations against other firms is whether the firm allows for "mega backdoor" roth contributions. Anyone at the firm who can answer? Also, 4 weeks vacation, is that real or not? do you feel like you can take that time if you hit your hours?

No mega backdoor roth.
Yes, you can take 4 weeks vacation. Like everywhere else, different partners react differently. But it is better to have 4 weeks as an expection than "unlimited" like it is elsewhere. Also, you get up to 10 unused days paid out when you leave.

Shame about the Roth, but there is more to life than $. My other offers have “unlimited” vacation so I prefer this, as you said.
Why did you end up leaving? My offer is in the DC office, any big red flags?

Are you the person who posted about FF DC lit? Follow the advice in that thread...FF is one of the few firms that offers DC corp. Their lit practice there is struggling. I can message you with more detail if you post your actual nick.
