"Half-patent" firms
So there's a couple of boutique firms that seem to do a mix of patent and commercial lit, and I'm trying to sort out reputation / general collected wisdom about this. What are y'all's thoughts on Reichman Jorgensen, McKool Smith, Dovel & Luner, etc.?

McKool does a ton of troll work, if you’re into that kind of thing.

They literally sponsor the fire ant festival in Marshall to get the good people of Texas on their side.

Dovel and luner is very very good and pays a lot, well above market, but they hire very little.
McKool does handle a lot of troll cases but they have talented litigators as long as you can get over that. I think they are much bigger than dovel, though.
Surprised Keker isn’t in the list as well.
