Kirkland v. Milbank (NY)
Title is pretty self explanatory. I don’t know any lawyers, and I have no idea which way to go. I am leaning towards litigation, but not entirely sure. I go to a pretty low ranked school, but achieved a high ranking. Both offices in NYC. Thank you in advance for taking the time to help me out!
