I started at a firm at the beginning of the year. I like the firm, but I think I like it more because of how “prestigious” it is more than anything. A recruiter reached out about a role at another firm that pays the same and asked if I was interested. I feel like it’s way too soon to start looking especially because I wasn’t at my last firm that long (roughly 2 years). I’ve been told I could probably get a signing bonus and no pro-rates year-end bonus and the firm does a lot of the work I want to do.
I know I’d be burning bridges if I left my current firm, and there is a clear path to at least junior partnership for me here.
Anyone else in a similar position? What did you do?

Re: Lateral too soon?
Three firms in a three year period doesn't look good. And it's not clear why you want to move again, especially if you're forfeiting a path to partnership at your current firm. You'll probably be stuck at the new firm for a while so don't move unless you're confident that it's a good career move.
