Ghosted After Screener *Offer*?
Has anyone else been ghosted after being contacted by a firm to schedule a screener? I sent my availability as requested a couple days ago and now I can't get a response. Is this normal?

It happens, but you should give them a few days. Sometimes it takes a while to schedule interviews, especially during times like the summer when people aren't always available.

How many days do you think until someone should just chalk it up to being ghosted and move on?
