Summer Associate Doc Review Question
Hi all. I have been given an agreement to review and was just told to look for errors. I literally know nothing about this practice and have no idea what to look for. Any suggestions?

I’d say ask the assigning attorney. Different people may have different expectations and preference. General ideas would not be very useful. Just ask what the attorney wants you to review for is a better idea.
