We all know there are sweet spots to transition in-house if the desire is there. Let’s create a thread where people can get an idea when they can/should transition if they think it’s best.
I’ll start: IP non-transactional: 3-5 years (basically mid levels if they’re not startups).
I welcome disagreement, but that’s the entire point here. If you think I’m wrong, or you have better advice, it’ll only be more helpful.
