I saw an AUSA during my clerkship who I found to be very good.
All the biglaw partners, even those with good reps, didn’t do anything to necessarily impress me.

The two best I've seen in person are Kathleen Sullivan and David Boies. In terms of polish, presentation, and distillation of complex facts for the benefit of the court/jury... just really, really impressive.

David Elsberg at Selendy; watched him completely demolish one of the most senior execs at a top wall street bank on cross back when he was at Quinn.
