Which office? I know the bham one well. Comp is not market. Think it’s around $120-125 starting now, but may be $130. It’s going to be 2000+, but you’ll get early litigation experience.

I know this is an older thread, but do you happen to have any updated info on the Comp from Lightfoot? Can you expect any bonuses?Anonymous User wrote: ↑Tue Jun 29, 2021 6:01 pmWhich office? Bumping this too, a year later. Curious where this place is on comp/hours.Onta1998 wrote: ↑Tue Feb 22, 2022 1:00 amI know this is an older thread, but do you happen to have any updated info on the Comp from Lightfoot? Re: Lightfoot Franklin?
Idk exact comp now, but I think it may have moved to 150k. Baker in Memphis is at 150k now, I think NOLA is 135, but not sure. Nashville has moved up to like 170 or 180. I believe the Bham one was at 120-130k and I think Baker moved up some and that Lightfoot was at or near that move up (which I think is 150). If I had to guess it's somewhere in that 125-150 range for first years. I also thought their billing req was 1800 or 1900? Baker's is in that ballpark as well.
