California Template for Notifying Clients You’re Leaving Firm
Hey all - Does anyone have a California appropriate template for notifying clients you’re leaving the firm? I vaguely know there’s a requirement to notify with like a three part notification of client can (a) stay with current firm, (b) leave and hire leaving attorney, or (c) hire a completely different firm.
