Looking for interesting firm-sponsored professional development opportunities.
I’m a junior litigator at a V50 in DC. The firm has a fund for individual associate development expenses that our practice dev people keep pushing us to use. But they don’t have a lot of specific examples and the mid-levels I’ve talked to who have used it said it was mostly for traveling to pre-Covid conferences. One senior associate said she was able to use it on a public speaking coach.
Any useful/interesting/fun things to do with a few grand of firm $$?

NITA courses if your firm does not offer it as part of the formal lit training.
