So, I struck out this past OCI after a few big law callbacks. I still would like to get my foot in the door one way or another, and I’m a way more competitive applicant now than I was last cycle. I’ve seen some people get fall or spring positions as clerks or externs at some big law firms, but I can’t find much on firms’ websites.
Does anyone know of any big law firms with opportunities to get in the door during 3L? I don’t care if it’s paid or not. Thanks in advance!

So are you a rising 3L? I would just blanket apply to all the large NYC firms a little later this summer. Not for some sort of clerking/intern role (which is extremely rare for someone who didn’t summer at the firm), but rather for an associate position post graduation. Lots of places desperate for help right now.

Anon due to prior posts. I understand Latham is bringing some 3Ls on in the fall or spring. I'm not sure how they are recruiting for these positions but wanted to share.ligma wrote: ↑Fri Jun 11, 2021 10:10 pmSo, I struck out this past OCI after a few big law callbacks.
