Thoughts on DPW's M&A Practice
Is DPW's M&A practice comparable to that of its peer firms? I have heard that it's the firm's weaker practices.

They are as good as anyone in nyc other than wachtell. I heard their group was hemorrhaging associates tho (like half of the group)…

Stop trying to split hairs.
They're Chambers Band 1 in Elite M&A. It's a peer practice with every elite firm except Wachtell.
