I got a good number of screeners during 2L OCI, but ultimately struck out. For my 3L search, I'm going to apply to a lot of firms including several that gave me screeners during OCI and got worried about my application material.
Do biglaw firms actually care enough about your cover letters to check if you recycled it from last year?
Also, do they check things like whether you applied before, how many times you applied to them, previous application material, whether they gave you a screener, etc.? Would it hurt or help to have gotten a screener before?
