Starting a Law Firm Focusing on Securities/Capital Markets

Post by Anonymous User » Thu Apr 08, 2021 1:57 pm

Does anyone have experience starting a law firm focusing on capital markets and securities (transactional not litigation)?

7th year capital markets/securities associate wondering how feasible this would be. Doable? Or better to aim for partnership at current law firm?

Would love to hear some success stories or failures.
