Hi all,
Anyone have color into the culture/success of CapM groups in the big SV type firms? Thinking Cooley, WSGR, and Gunderson.
Thanks!

Re: West Coast tech firm CapM groups?
Both WSGR and Cooley are ranked on Chambers national on issuer side. Gunderson is seemingly trying to expand their public companies/public offerings practice and recently hired a CapM partner from MoFo who is a DPW alum, but their bread and butter will be VC.
Edit: Sorry I misread the question, don't know too much about culture, unfortunately.

Also curious about this and how true the above is on the east coast (Boston, NYC). Seems like Cooley does a lot of underwriter stuff in NY for example, which would make it fairly different in terms of work/clients from its SV office? Someone please correct me if I'm wrong.
