medical leave

Post by Anonymous User » Thu Mar 25, 2021 3:38 pm

what's the standard in terms of medical leave for a surgery that requires potentially a month+ off from work?

is it "market" for people to paid that whole month and then maybe their bonus is prorated or something?

Bonus depends on firm. If you are at a reputable firm, I'm sure you have short term disability insurance which covers your salary. Talk to your HR as no one here is going to be able to tell you your firms benefits.
