Do 3L biglaw hiring happen during the summer after graduation?
Do biglaw firms hire during the summer after 3Ls have graduated? Should I keep looking while studying for the bar?

It happened a surprising amount at my T30. I know someone who was ready to graduate unemployed, before getting a V30 offer on graduation day.

How important was your post-1L GPA, if you were to guess? My post 1L grades were good, but not stellar (did not graduate with honors) - I don’t think my grades were what did it. It was a direct offer for a specific group, and I think they just need people.
