Considering an offer here. Any insight as to firm culture, hours, lifestyle etc.? Seems like they are making an aggressive push with these COVID bonuses. Have they been decimated with recent turnover?

Ex-WFG. Best culture of any place I’ve seen. Don’t know about attrition specific to WFG, but every corporate heavy firm is having attrition issues starting about 3ish years ago and progressively getting worse (just not enough people to do the work).
