Wilmington Market - Litigation vs. Transactional
With so many impactful cases happening there, Wilmington seems like a great market to work in if you're interested in corporate litigation. But is the transactional work there as sophisticated and impactful as the litigation work happening there? Or is the market mainly for litigating transactional works that were handled elsewhere like NYC?

Interested in this as well. If any DE attorneys read this sub and would be open for PM, please let me know!
