Am I on a waitlist for a firm? It seems like other people have gotten dinged from the firm on here. It’s a smaller office so not sure if that affects anything

They have probably just forgotten about you. Ping them if you actually care to get an answer. If they have forgotten about you and you want an offer it only becomes increasingly unlikely that you receive an offer with every day you wait because the class will get more and more full

Seriously, this isn’t particularly unusual. Probably means you didn’t get the job, so proceed as if that’s the case. If it turns out you did get the job (unlikely), it’ll be a pleasant surprise.
Sorry, I realize this is easier said than done. It’s also rude of the firm, but again very common.

Yea, all this talk of "waitlists" with firms seems kind of naive. If you haven't received a rejection yet they are probably not sending you one and ghosting you, or waiting to send out a mass rejection email to all the applicants that applied at the end of the season. Not trying to be harsh but I highly doubt firms are sitting around with a "waitlist"
