I’ve been a paralegal for a number of years now and just got my conflicts questionnaire for my SA firm. It asks for details on every matter I’ve worked on for my entire professional career. Really not sure how to tackle this and I know some things I’ve worked on are confidential/not public record. I want to just ask my current firm what to do but I don’t want to tell them I’m leaving yet as there’s a ways to go until summer.
Would any former paralegals and now associates be willing to let me know how you handled this? Or anyone who has had to do something similar? Thank you.

Re: Conflicts for SA - Current Paralegal
Ask the SA firm how they want you to handle confidential or not public matters. Or list on the form that you have worked on confidential/not public matters. The burden of managing those conflicts will then likely fall on you. But it is highly unlikely that conflicts will be a major issue for an SA, the firm just has to take steps to wall you off.
