I know that RLF has the largest number of attorneys, while the other three are kind of similar in size.
Does RLF’s size compared to the other three give it any unique advantage/disadvantages? Like more interesting work or more practice fields covered but easier to be forgotten by the seniors/partners?
Also, are there any other differences between these four firms? i.e., something that would make you choose one over another if you had the option? Possible categories I can think of are firm culture, bonus, and partner prospects, but I’m sure there are more. Some ‘maybe’ categories could include relative prestige or fields of expertise, but my impression was that these four are practically the same in these terms.

I interviewed with three of them while in LS, and I still couldn't answer this question.
This is partially because I went to my Young Conaway interview with the worst flu I'd ever had (so bad I could barely stand) because they wouldn't reimburse my travel if I didn't show and I couldn't afford to be out $600. I loaded up on cold medicine right before. I remember walking in and shaking someone's hand. The next thing I remember, I was in my rented car driving back to my hotel room. I can only assume it went poorly.
The folks at RLF and Potter Anderson were all very nice, though. I didn't get the feeling that there was really much substantive difference from what I heard, and it was implied a couple times that lawyers either pick one of the 4 and stay, or rotate between the four before they either settle down or leave Delaware/the law entirely. I don't know if this is helpful.
