How often do DE firms raise compensation?
I've read that in 2015, the Big 4 DE firms matched Biglaw compensation but now there's a $15K difference between Big 4 and Biglaw offices in Wilmington. Do DE firms have any regular interval at which they increase pay so that people can anticipate the next raise, or are they completely random and was 2015 an anomaly?

They just raise it when they feel they need to in order to compete for talent. I wouldn't hold your breath for another raise past the still recent move to 175k.Anonymous User wrote: ↑Wed Feb 17, 2021 6:10 pmI've read that in 2015, the Big 4 DE firms matched Biglaw compensation but now there's a $15K difference between Big 4 and Biglaw offices in Wilmington.
