How often do Delaware firms raise compensation?

Post by Anonymous User » Tue Feb 16, 2021 7:26 pm

Apparently the Big 4 paid the same as Skadden Wilmington in 2015, at $160K. Now it's $175K vs. $190K, not that $175K is bad. But it got me wondering.

Does anyone know if Delaware firms have any regular pattern to their pay increase? For example, every 3 years as opposed to NY's every year?***
(***in normal circumstances, so not counting covid or subprime mortgage crisis)

Or are they random in both time intervals and amount?
