FAANG In-House Counsel Final Interview
Can anyone provide some insight into what interviewers are looking for in the final stage of the interviewing process for in-house counsel positions at FAANG?

Isn’t that the interview with the Director/head honcho? I doubt they’ll ask technical questions in your last stretch. Being friendly and connecting with the Attorney on a personal level seems to be the key. At this point they just want to see if you’re human.
Also, a side note, FAANGS don’t communicate with each other in regards to employment tactics so there’s no modeled set of interview questions and structures they all contemporaneously use. I.e: Amazon can have 3 different interviews with 3 different attorneys v. Facebook having 2 interviews but with 4 different attorneys (2 interviewers per interview).

OP here. This is not an interview with the head honcho. It's with 3-4 people on different teams that I might interact with if I'm hired.

I work at a non-FAANG big tech company, and have been in a number of interviews like what you describe. The best answer I could give you is what’s in this thread: viewtopic.php?f=23&t=308641&p=10459158#p10459158
