Gunderson v Cooley NYC
Second year at a v5, looking to make a switch to emerging companies/VC work, primarily with tech or tech adjacent/consumer facing companies. Totally understand there’s more of this work in CA, but looking to stay in NY for now.
Pretty far along with both Gunderson and Cooley’s NY offices - would anyone have insight into which would be stronger in this market for EC/VC and particularly tech work?

Gunderson is stronger for now but I fully expect Cooley to overtake it soonAnonymous User wrote: ↑Sat Feb 06, 2021 3:54 pmSecond year at a v5, looking to make a switch to emerging companies/VC work, primarily with tech or tech adjacent/consumer facing companies. Because Cooley is a stronger firm overall and they're investing heavily into their NY officeAnonymous User wrote: ↑Sun Feb 07, 2021 8:51 amThanks!
