I have zero dogs in this fight, but man, come on. You've clearly made up your mind for WH. Which is a fine decision; you've clearly given a lot of thought. But the way you're responding to a majority of the posts ITT, it just comes off as seeking justification/validation.

You're right, I should have been totally transparent about that from the start. I even could have put it in bold in my OP to make sure that people wouldn't squander incredible insights like "restructuring and litigation are different" on me.

Your post is inconsistent and because of that you've ended up arguing with everyone here. Maybe take a step back and just embrace the decision you've made.
