Has any associate successfully negotiated additional benefits or salary with your current biglaw firm outside of lockstep compensation? Presumably this comes up in situations where your practice group is particularly stretched thin and either needs to keep all bodies and/or thinks highly of you.
Would think this year many bankruptcy associates were in this exact situation.
