Negotiating With Current Firm

Post by Anonymous User » Fri Feb 05, 2021 12:12 am

Has any associate successfully negotiated additional benefits or salary with your current biglaw firm outside of lockstep compensation? Presumably this comes up in situations where your practice group is particularly stretched thin and either needs to keep all bodies and/or thinks highly of you.

Would think this year many bankruptcy associates were in this exact situation.

Also curious about this - considering a move myself and wondering if this is something that some firms will do
