DPW or Debevoise for NY Corporate?
Title says it all. Interested in corporate work, unsure what area specifically, but leaning towards M&A. I would prefer a firm that's more social, but I understand that neither of these choices are particularly social. Also looking to maximize exit options.

I personally just went Davis Polk over Debevoise, but at this level of firm and generality of practice area interest, you can’t go wrong and should consider which culture is a better fit for you.
