Seyfarth Bonus Policy
I am considering a lateral offer. I know that Seyfarth does a guaranteed minimum bonus for certain hours thresholds, in pretty pathetic amounts. Can anyone shed any light on the discretionary component? What kind of bonus can a mid-level associate billing 2000+ expect?
