I know from old posts (dated 2010) that Irell has a pretty high callback->offer rate, just want to confirm if it is still the case?

Or, more generally, have you noticed a drop in callback->offer rate given covid (since firms do not need to cover travel expenses now, and covid has made economic condition a little bit tougher for the firms)?

Not exactly a response to your question, but I received an offer within a couple hours of finishing my callback, suggesting the callback might be a presumed offer as long as I didn't screw it up.
